Notes |
- In the 1850 census, Isaac, George, Jane D., Ella (aged 10/12), John W, Anne E., Francis A., and Robert V. Lansdale are all living together in a household headed by Alexander Millar--and 10 members of the Millar family as well! This is all of the male children of the family; the surviving women siblings--Cassandra, Ann Cordelia--are otherwise married by this date, and Mary Ellen is living with her sister Cassandra.
I cannot identify who on this list Anne E. Lansdale is.
Jane D. Lansdale is Isaac Wesley's wife: this is because on later censuses "Jane D." is Isaac W Lansdale's wife, and the ages match etc. Ella is their child because she is also with them on later censuses.
In 1860, this family is living in San Francisco. In 1870, they are back in Baltimore.
