  Notes	In 1929, she was a "tea girl" at a party for the unveiling of Helen McLellan's portrait by Helen Turner. Known as "Aunt Noni" to her nephew Jack McLellan. A picture of her in her dress appears in thhe Times-Picayune on 6 March 1938, with the caption "Mrs. Hughes Schneidau was, until her marriage the end of February, Miss Leonora McLellan, daughter of the last Mr. and Mrs. William Henry McLellan. The wedding claimed much interest in the social world here."
