  Obituary	Obituary, Times-Picayune, 29 Oct. 1911, p24: TANNERET - On Tuesday, Oct. 24, 1911, at 11 o'clock p.m., Francis Raoul Tanneret, husband of the late Lorenza Maupay, aged 64 years, a native of New Orleans. He committed suicide; several articles in New Orleans papers comment on the incident. He was apparently distraught over not being appointed to a political office in the Republican party, and his wife had died the year before. Raoul Tanneret is listed as a notary for New Orleans from 3/1/1882 to 5/31/1886 by the New Orleans Notarial Archives.
