SAVAGE - Mrs. Sarah Savage, mother of Rev. J.R. Savage, pastor of the Danville Methodist church, who died Tuesday, at her home in Mason county, was 72 years of age. She leaves six sons, Messrs. Charles and William Savage, of Fern Leaf, and Rev. F.A. Savage, Rev. E.C. Savage and J.R Savage of the Kentucky Conference of the M.E. Church South. She also leaves one daughter, Mrs. S.N. Robinson, of Germantown. Her husband, James Savage, died a few years ago. Mrs. Savage had been a member of the Methodist Church since childhood, and was a devout Christian woman. |
